Mission-driven integrative wellness rooted in service, compassion, and results.
Well Centered Wellness was built on a simple truth: healing begins at the cellular level. We believe that healing begins at home with the choices we make each and every day — choices that alter our epigenetics for the positive or the negative.
Our clinic is led by a 20-year U.S. Army veteran and PA-C who understands service, resilience, and the power of individualized care. That same discipline and dedication defines how we operate every single day in Sanford, NC.
We facilitate health warriors reach their God-given potential. And we are here to walk alongside every patient who walks through our doors — every step of the way.
Book Your First AppointmentEvery patient is unique. We take the time to understand your specific situation and build a care plan that reflects your individual needs and goals.
We give patients honest assessments, clear explanations of their options, and transparent recommendations, always in their best interest.
We listen. Every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. Compassionate care is at the center of every interaction.
Our treatments are grounded in the latest clinical research and integrative medicine best practices, not trends or guesswork.
Physical, mental, hormonal, and metabolic health are all connected. We treat the whole person, not isolated symptoms.
We are focused on sustainable improvement, not quick fixes. We track your progress and adjust your care plan to ensure lasting outcomes.
Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise across integrative psychiatry, hormone optimization, chiropractic care, holistic wellness coaching, and advanced therapies — all working together for you.
